It is a part of the site which is not visible to the visitors but is used for site support, filling the site with the information and so on. Client may add news, articles, site sections and other information using CMS. In short, CMS gives the possibility to manage the site. CMS is developed in such a way that everyone after a short time of learning may easily use it. After design and CMS are developed they are combined and web-site may already work in the Internet. Then you need to make the site to reach the intended aim. Usually the site optimization and promotion is needed. It will lead the site to the first pages and will bring more visitors. However the site development is finished on combining design and CMS.
